The hourly rate for a guest/day office includes high speed internet access, local telephone calls, free parking, and complimentary beverage service.

What do I need to bring for my day office?

BYOC- (Bring Your Own Computer) All of our offices are in turnkey condition, so all you have to do is walk in and work. For a more personal touch, particularly when meeting with clients, you may want to bring in photos, cups, knick-knacks, etc.

Do you offer offices with flexible terms?

We rent day offices and meeting rooms by the hour or the day. We also offer furnished offices with flexible agreement terms ranging from 3 to 12 months that are available for immediate setup and occupancy. Please call 301-670-2800 for additional services and pricing information.
